Speech-Language Therapist

Ms. Ally Giavasoglou, B. OT, (Aus Reg.), HPC reg.

Ally is an enthusiastic and dedicated speech-language therapist from Australia, where she earned her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University. Passionate about helping children and their families achieve their communication goals, Ally has a particular interest in literacy and language development. She has worked with toddlers and children in a private, mobile clinic, providing early intervention services. By working with children in their most comfortable and familiar environments like home and school, she supported their communication development in a way most natural to them. Ally also collaborates closely with educators, families, and other health professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach and the seamless integration of therapy into daily life.

Ally’s experience in assessing and providing therapeutic support to children with literacy difficulties, language delays, speech-sound disorders, autism, and stuttering is holistic and incorporates the values from her Hanen training; this means that Ally fosters a child-led, play-based therapeutic environment. Her sessions are personalized to nurture each child's potential, encourage development, and build confidence. Above all, Ally is committed to creating a fun, safe, and empowering space where every child feels valued.
