ANNUAL SPECIAL EVENT - Every October on Halloween Cayman Theraplay runs a Sensory-Friendly Trick or Treat experience for all members of the community! Registration forms will be posted here.
OCTOBER TERM BREAK (OCT 21-25)
5 day intensive
WORKING ON
letter formation, letter sizing, letter alignment , writing speed, cursive (as age- appropriate)
*half-day program when also registering for literacy program; $50 bundle discount available.
5 day intensive
WORKING ON
Identification of speech sounds and syllables, identification of letters, retelling stories, auditory memory, reading speed and comprehension, extended writing, grade-level spelling, critical thinking
6 session intensive
WORKING ON
A positive relationship with food, setting up mealtime routines for success, exploration of a variety of foods through sensory play and mealtime, understanding what can influence picky eating
SPECIAL HALLOWEEN EVENT (OCT 31)
THURSDAY, OCT 31, 6:00-7:00pm
LIMITED TO 100 CHILDREN
Our sensory-friendly event is inclusive for all ages and is wheelchair accessible. It is a low stimulation environment meaning low noise, and dim but friendly lighting. There will be a photo booth at the event for a photo keepsake!
